Hailing from New Mexico, TwoLips is outspokenly herself. Born half Native American and half black, she has never been shy from understanding the importance her own representation as well as the representation of all the diverse thinkers and creators around her. She naturally falls into a leadership role with her commanding presence and attentive energy. TwoLips can be spotted in recent G-Eazy and Logic music videos, as well as playing shows throughout Los Angeles, Paris, Berlin and Poland areas. She recently performed at an all women’s festival in LA, Mothership.
Jess Joy is a multidisciplinary artist & vocalist who forged her way from the swamps of louisiana to the sunny streets of l.a., described as “one of those voices cults form around” by npr music, & likened to joni mitchell + dirty projectors by impose. Joy transitioned into solo artistry in 2019, releasing her first single “finally blooming” in collaboration with drummer mike byrne (ex smashing pumpkins) with an anticipated album release in 2020. joy’s shows are immersive performance art experiences, given her practice in banshee-esque operatic vocals, mime, & creative costume & set design.
Annabelle Maginnis invites to think, calls to dance, dares to feel. Based in Los Angeles with bi-coastal roots, a sense of exploration comes through Annabelle’s lyrics and melodies. They’re informed by culture and inspired by nature. Annabelle has played the festivals SXSW, Broke LA, Chinatown Summer nights (KCRW, LA Weekly), Underground Music Showcase (Denver) and more. Annabelle has played venues including The El Rey, The Moroccan Lounge, The Echo, Bottom of the Hill and Bootleg Theater. In addition to their solo project, they accompany violin and vocals with other artists including Lauren Ruth Ward, Holy Wars, def.sound, TwoLips, Spare Parts for Broken Hearts and more.
